Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once processed, your order is forwarded to one of our fulfillment partners for shipping.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active.
Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers, items ordered together may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
