Returns and Refunds Policy

MyTrendKart offers a full 30 days refund or exchange policy for damaged and defective items alongwith our sincere apologies and a 10% discount for your next purchase.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your purchased item is unused and returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail us at support@mytrendkart.com alongwith pictures of the damaged/ defective items. You can expect our revert withen 2 working days advicing where the items for return can be sent.

Refunds 

On receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email. 

Once your return is inspected and your refund approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you didn’t receive your refund withen 7 working days of being approved, please first check again with your bank and contact your credit card company.

If you still have not received your refund, please let us know at support@mytrendkart.com and we will resolve the matter.

Exchanges 

MyTrendKart will be happy to replace all items that are defective or damaged. 

 Shipping Costs

 Shipping costs for returned items will be borne by you. However, once your return is approved, we will be happy to reimburse the shipping costs paid by you on your mailing the courier receipt for the same to support@mytrendkart.com. 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. MyTrendKart will not be responsible for any packages containing returned items that are lost in transit.
